Q. When Do I Get My Glasses?

 

A. If you are paying by medical aid or cash, your order will be executed immediately and your glasses will be delivered within a week. If you are an Optifin customer, they will be available 14 days after the first instalment (four instalments in the case of weekly paid customers) has been paid by debit order or 10 days after you deposit the first instalment into Optifin’s account. Note that certain orders require specialized materials and may take a little longer. Your Sieff Optometrist will advise you as such.

 

Q. What Guarantee Do You Give On Your Products and Services?

 

A. We guarantee all materials and services against defective workmanship for one year. For example, a factory fault or a clinical mistake will be covered. Something that is clearly not our fault, such as you drove over your glasses, will not fall under our guarantee.

 

Q. Who Do I Contact If I Have a Problem with My Glasses?

 

A. The branch at which you purchased your spectacles or Head Office.

 

Q. Who Do I Contact If I Have a Problem with My Optifin Account?

 

A. Should you have any problem or require information regarding your account balance or debit order, contact the Optifin call centre on 0860 106 215 or info@optifin.co.za.

 

Q. Can I Cancel My Order?

 

A. If you are paying by medical aid or cash, your order will be placed immediately and us such you will not be able to cancel it. Optifin customers are given a “cooling-off” period of 72 hours during which time you can cancel your order. Note that these cancellations must be in writing and must contain your Optifin reference number. Fax to 0860 106 256 or 0865 437 468 or email to info@optifin.co.za.
